About this role.

Legacy Family Services is a telehealth-based mental health practice serving adults, teens, and couples across Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, and Florida. Our home office is in Oklahoma City, but every session happens via secure video, so you'll work fully remote on your own schedule.

We're looking for licensed clinicians and licensure candidates who want to focus on clinical work without carrying the marketing, intake, billing, scheduling, or platform burden of a private practice. We handle the operations side of the business. You handle the care.

Who we're looking for

Active Oklahoma LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LADC-MH license, OR currently enrolled as a candidate for one of these credentials

At least one year of clinical experience preferred (not required for candidates)

Comfort with telehealth and secure video sessions

Strong clinical skills and experience with diverse populations

Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation

Willingness to participate in case consultations and team meetings

Your own current professional malpractice insurance

In this role you'll

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure video

Work with clients matched to your specialty through our intake process

Set your own weekly schedule within agreed availability

Document sessions in our HIPAA-compliant EHR

Focus on clinical care without the marketing, intake, or billing burden

Compensation

Per-session fees, scaled to your credentials.

Pay is per completed session, with rates based on your licensure level and credentials. Legacy bills insurance and self-pay clients directly, and your fee is paid for each session you complete regardless of the rate negotiated with the payer.

Licensure Candidate (pre-licensed, under supervision)

$45/session

Fully Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC-MH)

$55/session

At Legacy's average reimbursement of $85 to $95 per session, the fully licensed rate of $55/session represents a 58 to 65 percent effective share. Many group practices use a tiered percentage model where the rate itself varies by session volume or which client you saw. Legacy uses a flat per-session fee, so the rate you earn on every session is the same regardless of the payer or your weekly total.
